2. New Hero: S.Jing
3. Tech Works: World Event, Slaves Capture
4. New Tech: increases the quantity of resources storage
Improvements:
1. Arms equipped or not will affect Initiatives
2. Preview Arms effects
3. Auto-sell function in Arms
4. Automatically recruit improved
5. Increases on the maximum number of silver
6. Rewards for World Event improved
