[How to Make]

●      After the chariot is unlocked, consume war fund to make the chariot/hire the counselor(after the counselor is unlocked)

[The Way to Make]

●      Passing some instances can get new chariots to make at the base. For example, passing Modlin Fortress can get a new chariot.

●      Defeating NPC with stars on the instance map can also get new chariots.

●      You can also acquire the privilege to make special chariots by participating in the official events.
